Anitha brings over 25 years of professional experience, most of it in the Healthcare industry. Her career began in varied roles as a Teacher, Medical Transcriptionist, and Call Center Executive. She transitioned into Medical Coding in 2003, marking the start of a career defined by steady growth into leadership. Over the years, she has held progressively senior roles at Nittany, e4e, Ajuba, Quintessence, and Educate LLC. She joined Solutions3X as Associate Director in May 2026. She holds active certifications as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from AAPC and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
Throughout her career, Anitha has been committed to building friendly, empowering environments for the teams she leads. She credits much of her professional journey to the incredible mentors and the supportive family who helped her navigate challenges and reach key milestones along the way.
Outside of work, Anitha finds joy in music and treasures the time she spends with her loved ones.
