Refund Policy (Applicable for all courses)

We want every student to have a positive learning experience with our Medical Coding / certification programs. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Full Refund: Students who withdraw within 7 calendar days of enrollment and before providing access to the course content / LMS are eligible for a 100% refund of course fee paid.
• Partial Refund: Students who withdraw after 7 calendar days from the enrollment date may be eligible for a 50% refund, provided the course has not yet started and LMS access has not been granted.
• No Refund: Refunds will not be issued if: Once the course or class started. Access to LMS training materials is provided (in case of Self Learning / E-learning Modules). The course has been completed or certified.

Non-Refundable Items

• Registration or administrative fees (if applicable).
• Printed or shipped study materials once dispatched.

Transfer / Deferral Option

Instead of a refund, students may request a one-time transfer to a future course session or defer enrollment for up to 3 months, subject to approval.

Refund Process

• Requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@solutions3x.net
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in situations involving documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.
